    UpztrmLAB is expanding in North and West India, seeking a Regional Business Director – India (North & West).

    You are a high-energy business consultant with passion for scaling impact, building client relationships, and growing a business from the ground up.

    Our team brings deep expertise in leadership development, strategic enablement, and business advisory into a growth-focused lab model designed for business acceleration.

    About the Opportunity:

    We're looking for a dynamic individual to join the team as a Regional Business Director who can help us establish and scale our footprint in North and West India.

    Who You Are:

    • 15+ years of experience in corporate consulting or business advisory
    • Proven track record in business development, selling consulting services, and managing CXO-level client relationships
    • Deep experience and network with SME and Family Business segments of these markets
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, seeing opportunities where others see challenges
    • Aggressive and target-driven, with confidence to build something new
    • A self-starter willing to work on a revenue-share model (no fixed compensation initially)
    • Deep understanding of regional dynamics, business culture, and client expectations in Northern and Western markets

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Professional based in these markets for a significant duration, with a strong understanding of the region's business landscape, cultural nuances, and relationship-driven approach to consulting and growth

    What You'll Do:

    • Represent UpztrmLAB in the region as our face and strategic partner
    • Lead business development efforts and client acquisition
    • Co-create consulting offerings based on market need and our core frameworks
    • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporates, family businesses, and SMEs
    • Drive performance through value delivery, and share in the revenue success

    Location:

    North or West India with knowledge of both markets
