    We are currently seeking an IN-HOUSE TOOL REPAIR TECHNICIAN to work out of our facility located in Vadodrar, Gujarat, India

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Repairs and calibrate tools, pumps and equipment requiring mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic repair and performs preventive maintenance services.
    • Pretesting of hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, tools and links for the sole purpose of proper form, fit and function.
    • The job involves trouble-shooting, tearing down, repairing, reassembling and testing pumps, motors and tools in shop.
    • Works with sales and service team members, engineers and customers to meet the growing day to day repair requirements.
    • Checks tools for safety decals and safe operating features and maintains an accurate schedule and record of maintenance.
    • Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Diploma/Degree from reputed technical training institute with minimum 5 years of experience in handling high pressure hydraulics, pneumatic & electronic repair.
    • Prior experience in Industrial Bolting preferred..
    • Ability to diagnose and successfully repair equipment or tools and plan a logical approach to troubleshooting and prioritizing workload.
    • Must have and be able to use own set of basic tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work with hands and to work in mechanically oriented situations.
    • Must be a dependable team player with high energy and a strong commitment to quality output.
    • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
    • Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to routinely lift 25-75 lbs., and occasionally lift 76 to greater lbs.
    • Ability to perform work during prolonged standing up to 8 hours; frequent bending, stooping, crouching and reaching.
    • Must be able to wear protective equipment as needed.
    • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Must have clean and valid driver's license.
