    3. Good knowledge on Kafka
    4. Good knowledge on Mongo

    6. Ability to work in time sensitive deliverables
    7. Good knowledge on Devops and CI/CD pipeline.
    8. Good knowledge on git / gitSAS and branching
    9. Good idea on SDLC process in Devops
    10. Already working in agile framework
    11. Faster scale up capability.
    12. Clear and to the point communication

    Note : Along with Handson technical skill Lead must have handed 1-2 Scrum Teams in Agile Methodology, Know Jeera Boards & Matrix & should be able to guide the team technically.
