    Overview:Thisposition will support and collaborate with the department and othercrossfunctional departments (sales art department regulatory supplychain portfolio etc.) in the development review and maintenance ofmarketing tools competitor market intelligence hub servicescompetitive product intelligence product launch materials executiveand customer presentations and databases. In addition he/she willbe responsible for helping with the coordination of major tradeshows each year.The idealcandidate will have a background consistent with managing multipleprojects and be able to work closely with crossfunctional teams todevelop and maintain valuable marketing and reportinginformation.Responsibilities:
    • Workwith the marketing team and other crossfunctional departments toprovide sales with the necessary marketing tools materials andsupport to more efficiently and effectively sell Taro genericproducts.
    • Data review organization andpresentation
    • Analyze historical sales trendsIQVIA prescription trends market intelligence and other pertinentinformation to formulate launchstrategies
    • Provide proactive and indepthfinancial analysis of theproducts
    • Database/websitemaintenance
    • Supply chain/product launchcoordination
    • Work with crossfunctionaldepartments to collect data and monitor marketopportunities
    • Market research andreporting
    • Provide proactive and indepthfinancial analysis of product or marketspecific businessactivity
    • Responsible for managing analyzing andtracking the commercial portfolio s performance to budget. Identifychallenges and underperforming molecules and make strategicadjustment recommendations to increase salesperformance.
    • Review monthly performance ofGeneric business.
    • Work crossfunctionally withfinance supply chain and sales to identify areas for improvementand present results from implementedstrategies.
    • Responsible for generating andforecasting the generic sales budget plan while workingcrossfunctionally with finance sales supply chain pricing andcontracts.
    • Assist the pricing team withmaximizing margin retention while dealing with constant pricingpressure from accounts.
    • Quarterly analysis ofmarket trends and Taro s portfolio. Identify price and unit growthtrends identify key drivers and make strategic recommendations toadjust to market dynamics.
    • Accountbasedstrategic analytics.
    • Productbased strategicanalytics.
    • Work with crossfunctionaldepartments to implement new strategies that will resolve currentlimitations improve processes and increasesales.
    • Quarterly tracking and reporting of Taros market share KPOs.
    • Responsible for supportingcrossfunctional departments with strategic ad hoc analytics todrive sales.
    • Responsible for generating andforecasting the expense budget plan for the Department of Sales& Marketing.
    • Responsible for generatingMonthly Performance Review deck. Reporting on Taro s financialmonthly performance. Reporting on top positive and negativemolecule drivers identifying key wins and losses and any impactfulmarket share changes.
    • Work closely with thesupply chain to understand supply limitations and makerecommendations on strategies to limit backorders and maximizepotentialsales.
    Qualifications/Education:
    • BSin business marketing or related discipline.
    • Strong orientation to detail and ability tograsp new concepts
    • Ability to analyze andinterpret IQVIA data
    • Strong organizationcommunication and presentation skills
    • Abilityto meet tight deadlines in an environment of competingpriorities
    • Ability to build strong internal andexternal relationships and foster an environment of teamwork andcollaboration.
    • Previous experience within thegeneric pharmaceutical industry is stronglypreferred.
    • Subject matter expert on MicrosoftOfficeapplications
