    Description

    Responsibilities:

    · Should have Business Development experience.

    · Research, target, and open new customer opportunities

    · Preparing a prospect list and account profiles

    · Ability to engage prospects on the first call and convert it into IT Sales experience preferred.

    · Targeting prospective customers by Email/SMS/Cold Calling/LinkedIn

    · Developed targeted messaging to engage prospective contacts and accounts.

    · Build relationships with prospective clients to sell our services.

    · Scheduling and coordinating intro calls to quality prospects.

    · Update CRM with all lead generation activities.

    · Knowledge of sales and marketing including basic selling principles and should understand the initial interest or pain points of the prospects.

    · Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation quotes.

    · Identify potential contacts and decision-makers in client organization.

    Requirements:

    · Must have 3 - 7 years' experience in lead generation.

    · Experience in selling Staffing Services/Solutions is a must. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    · Strong listening and presentation skills.

    · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    · Any Graduate.

    · Experience working with CRM applications and Microsoft Office tools.

    Education UG: Any Graduate
