    Position: Assistant Manager - Channel Hygiene and Audit

    Location: Bangalore, India

    Report to: Lead – Hygiene Lead

    Job Responsibilities:

    The Channel Hygiene & Audit role involves conducting periodic audits at Authorized Service Centre's, Repair Factories, and Warehouses to ensure operational quality and process compliance. Responsibilities include analysing data, managing audit agencies, publishing reports, and addressing improvement areas. The role aims to maintain channel hygiene standards, achieve key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to management and stakeholders.

    Job Duties:


    • Periodic visit and Conduct audit at Authorised Service Center / Repair Factory / Warehouse to assess the quality of operations and process adherence.


    • In-depth analysis of data


    • Manage audit agency and review of report shared by audit agency.


    • Sample check of audit agency working and finalize the report.


    • Publish consolidated reports on monthly basis.


    • Conduct regular meeting with stakeholders for closure of issues.


    • Conduct special and surprise audit at inventory managed locations.


    • Identify improvement areas in audit process and optimization plan.


    • Prepare audit dashboards and monitor the progress on weekly basis.


    • Support FSM / ZSH for any specific requirement of audit in their territory.


    • Keeping the SOE deliverables as agreed with all stakeholders.


    • Achieving the KPI & KRA for Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Yearly


    • Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly reports to Mgmt. & other stakeholders.

    Desired Candidate Profile:


    • Past experience in strong Service Audit Experience


    • Minimum 5+ years of Relevant experience


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving approach


    • Good in Excel

    Qualification : Any Degree
