    Role/ Job Title: Digital Growth Head

    Function/ Department: HPE

    Job Purpose:

    Drive revenue and expand user base through various strategic digital initiatives, which involves user acquisition, monetization, and analysis to fuel sustainable business growth.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive product-specific paid media campaigns across diverse platforms, including Google search engines, social media, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other aid digital channels.
  • Harness the power of data-driven insights to fine-tune campaigns, focusing on precise targeting, creative content, and budget allocation, optimizing for marketing ROI.
  • Actively manage channels by collaborating closely with channel account managers / digital agencies to explore innovative strategies and industry best practices.
  • Streamline and solidify experimental initiatives within each channel for enhanced performance.
  • Plan, implement, and manage organic growth strategies to expand our brand presence, increase website traffic, and drive customer engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and business, to achieve these objectives.
  • Drive content strategy to boost organic traffic, working closely with the Content team to create high-quality & SEO-optimized content.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to align with organic growth goals.
  • Build and maintain a network of high-quality backlinks and outreach to industry partners and influencers for collaboration opportunities.
  • Manage and execute digital communications calendar and social platforms through content pieces—blog articles, newsletters, podcasts, social media posts, etc.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Use this data to formulate strategies for sustainable organic growth using levers like content marketing, and on-page and off-page optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, identifying areas for growth and differentiation.
  • Run thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
  • Define success metrics for business growth at the product level.

  • Track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of paid media campaigns and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and tagging of campaigns, implementing appropriate tracking setup.

  • Education Qualifications:

    Graduation: Bachelor of Science ( / Bachelor of Technology ( / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

    Post-Graduation: Master of Science ( /Master of Technology ( / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

    Professional Degree / Certification: Google ads / FB ads / Adobe ads certified (Preferred)
