    Job Title: Front Office Manager

    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee our front desk operations and ensure exceptional guest service. The Front Office Manager will lead a team of receptionists and administrative staff, manage reservations, handle guest inquiries and complaints, and maintain a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of hotel operations, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
    2. Guest Relations: Ensure prompt and courteous handling of all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
    3. Reservations Management: Oversee reservation systems and ensure accuracy in bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
    4. Check-in and Check-out: Maintain efficient check-in and check-out procedures to minimize wait times and ensure guest satisfaction.
    5. Financial Management: Monitor and manage front office budget, including petty cash, billing, and credit card transactions.
    6. Front Desk Operations: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
    7. Safety and Security: Implement and enforce hotel security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
    8. Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for front office staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
    9. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
    10. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office operations and guest feedback.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
    2. Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
    3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    5. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
    6. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
    7. Knowledge of safety and security protocols in the hotel industry.
