Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product training sessions for the sales team (new joiners and existing staff).
- Explain product features, benefits, and competitive advantages clearly.
- Train sales executives on effective pitching, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and product manuals.
- Monitor sales team performance post-training and provide feedback.
- Conduct refresher training sessions as needed.
- Support the sales team during product launches and updates.
- Coordinate with management to improve training effectiveness.
