- Cultivates and maintains relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Guides clients through the onboarding process onto Clearwater's platform.
- Conducts comprehensive training sessions to empower clients in utilizing the Clearwater platform effectively.
- Communicates project progress, challenges, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively identifies and resolves client issues that may arise during the implementation phase.
- Provides expert consultancy to clients, ensuring alignment of project goals with established plans.
- Recognizes and escalates any identified risks and issues to the Project Manager for timely intervention.
- Demonstrates self-learning capabilities and seeks assistance from designated resources when necessary.
- Basic proficiency in Excel, including fundamental formulas and formatting.
- Introductory knowledge of SQL and relational database principles is preferred.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and their application.
- Familiarity with securities or financial markets, including derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong computer skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities, particularly in solving complex mathematical problems.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
