Investment Banking Role - Industrials/Consumer/HealthcareTransaction Execution:
Lead and support the execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial advisory transactions from initiation to closing.
Financial Analysis:
Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and industry research, to support transaction execution and client presentations.
Due Diligence:
Coordinate and manage due diligence efforts, including financial, legal, and operational due diligence, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including company management teams, private equity firms, and other financial sponsors, to facilitate deal origination and execution.
Pitching and Business Development:
Assist in the development of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for potential clients and participate in business development activities to generate new opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the firm and across different service lines to leverage resources and expertise in delivering high-quality client service.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive dynamics within the industrials and consumer sectors to provide strategic insights to clients and support business development efforts.
