    Job Overview

As a Senior HR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including payroll, recruiting, performance management, leave management, strategic human resource planning, and compliance management. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in the field. The role is based in Ernakulam, Kerala, India, and is a full-time employment opportunity.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
    • Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist, with 4 to 6 years of mid-level experience.
    • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and systems.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
    • Excellent knowledge of performance management systems.
    • Familiarity with leave management processes and regulations.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic HR plans.
    • Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
    • Certifications in HR management will be an advantage.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
    • Perform employee training programs
    • Administer payroll activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and engagement.
    • Handle all aspects of attendance and leave management, including tracking, approvals, and documentation.
    • Conduct strategic human resource planning to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Conduct employee engagement activities.
    • Maintain HR records and prepare reports as required.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
