    Job Description:

    We are currently seeking a seasoned Influencer and Talent Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing the relationships with our talents and enhancing their brand engagements through strategic marketing and outreach initiatives. The successful candidate will be adept at balancing multiple talent needs, navigating brand partnerships, and leading innovative marketing strategies to promote our talents and their collaborations with brands.

    • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for our talents to enhance their visibility and engagement with brands.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for our roster of influencers and actors, addressing their needs and concerns regarding brand partnerships.
    • Forge and sustain long-term relationships with brands and other external partners to secure endorsements and collaboration opportunities.
    • Coordinate with marketing, PR, and social media teams to ensure cohesive and effective promotional strategies for each talent.
    • Manage contractual negotiations with brands and ensure compliance with both party's expectations and legal requirements.
    • Conduct regular market research to stay informed of industry trends and leverage insights to improve management practices and marketing strategies.
    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and talent-brand partnerships.
    • Provide guidance and support to talents in developing their personal brands and digital presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven track record of managing influencer relationships and executing successful brand campaigns.
    • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry and current marketing trends.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and attention to detail.
