    • Sale for Intercos India Legal & Commercial Entity.
    • Achieving Annual & Quarterly targets, Revenues & Gross Margin.
    • Managing Forecast & Revenues Planning.
    • Building Annual Budgets & 3 Year Plans.
    • Responsible for business development, building relationship with existing customers & recruiting new customers.
    • Supports the development of commercial proposals / projects in collaboration with all the company departments involved (R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Packaging Technical Innovation, Industrial Operations).
    • Prepare MIS, Data Analysis for management & Achieve Revenue Targets.
    • Ensures the correct management of human resources for the area of ​​competence, in compliance with company policies and guidelines defined by company management.
    • Staff recruitment, retention, training, development, performance & motivation.
    • Other tasks assigned by department head.
