- Sale for Intercos India Legal & Commercial Entity.
- Achieving Annual & Quarterly targets, Revenues & Gross Margin.
- Managing Forecast & Revenues Planning.
- Building Annual Budgets & 3 Year Plans.
- Responsible for business development, building relationship with existing customers & recruiting new customers.
- Supports the development of commercial proposals / projects in collaboration with all the company departments involved (R&D, Marketing, Sourcing, Packaging Technical Innovation, Industrial Operations).
- Prepare MIS, Data Analysis for management & Achieve Revenue Targets.
- Ensures the correct management of human resources for the area of competence, in compliance with company policies and guidelines defined by company management.
- Staff recruitment, retention, training, development, performance & motivation.
- Other tasks assigned by department head.
