About Us:

We are seeking a talented SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant to join our [IT/ERP] team and play a crucial role in optimizing our SAP systems to meet the HR requirements of our organization.

Responsibilities:

1. ABAP Development: Design, develop, test, and implement SAP ABAP programs and enhancements to support HR processes and functionalities.
2. Technical Analysis: Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, and provide technical analysis and solutions.
3. Data Migration: Execute data migration tasks related to HR modules, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data transferred.
4. Customization: Customize and enhance standard SAP HR functionalities to meet specific business needs, including creating custom reports, interfaces, and forms.
5. Integration: Work on SAP HR integration projects with other modules and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
6. Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance issues, conduct code reviews, and implement best practices to optimize SAP ABAP programs.
7. Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and user manuals for developed solutions, ensuring knowledge transfer and maintainability.
8. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an SAP ABAP HR Technical Consultant with a focus on HR modules.
3. Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language.
4. In-depth knowledge of SAP HR module functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
5. Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 is a plus.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
9. SAP certification in ABAP development or HR module is desirable.
