    Job Description

    Payment Operations Manager:

    1. BAU Tasks
    • Authorization of payments as per SOP's
    • Reconciliation of payments processed in the day
    • Morning liquidity checks
    • EOD liquidity status checks
    • Liaising with payment rails for failed payments and compliance queries
    1. Ad-hoc tasks
    • Effective usage of the JIRA tool for internal process improvements
    • Access control for the team
    • Continuously search for efficiency opportunities and try to manually automate with Macros and excel
    • Training the new joiners and developing the learning culture in the team
    • Tracker for all the quantifiable deliveries using Tableau
    • Daily, Weekly, and monthly MIS for the leadership team
    • Explore the efficient ways of handling BAU, such as local automation using bulk uploads or the CYPRUS tool.
    1. Managerial tasks
    • Liaising with external stakeholders, such as payment rails RM's on a monthly basis
    • Responsible for creation and maintenance of process documents/ SOP's
    • Keeping track of the team's performance as per the defined KPI's
    • Ensuring the control documents is up-to-date and the processes are followed as prescribed in the control document
    • Regular engagement with the internal stakeholders such as product, sales, Account management, and the leadership team.
    • Weekly/Monthly feedback and 1-2-1 with all the direct reports
    • Ensuring a strong learning culture in the team and attitude to lead by example
    • Adoption of the procedures as laid down in the R&R document and highlighting deviations
    • Identify any potential risk in the current processes and highlight to the LT timely
    • On-boarding and searching talent and taking them through a well defined training program.


    Skill Sets/ Prior experience for any Operations Hiring

    - Running basic SQL queries

    - Excel,Sheets, Advance excel knowledge

    - Knowledge of Tableau or similar tools

    - Knowledge of Cyprus / Similar automation tools

    - Basic programming logic

    - Ability to automate and add to the efficiency of operations payment processing using excel and & Macros
