    Job Description for Customer Relationship Manager

    Location: Gurgaon

    Notice Period- 30 Days Max

    Experience - Min 1 Years

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Manage and respond to customer queries via emails, calls, and meetings, providing timely and effective solutions.

    Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction with our products.

    Use CRM software to analyze customer interactions and data, identifying trends to improve customer engagement and retention. This analysis can inform sales strategies, helping the sales team target their efforts more effectively.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvement.

    Prepare and present reports on customer status, including issues resolved, feedback received, and potential opportunities for account growth.

    Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations for customers, enhancing their understanding and utilization of our products.

    Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to foster loyalty and increase customer lifetime value.

    Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in CRM tools and strategies.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Masters in business administration with a specialization in marketing or sales, that helps understanding of customer behavior, relationship building, and business strategy.

    At least 2 years of relevant experience in the enterprise SaaS sector, showcasing a proven ability to navigate and excel in this dynamic industry.

    Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or a similar role in a SaaS or tech company.

    Strong proficiency in using CRM software and analyzing customer data.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build rapport with clients.

    Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think strategically.

    Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

    Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.

    Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

    Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
