    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our dynamic team at AdaniConneX as an Infrastructure Specialist. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing network and security infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and deploy secure network and security infrastructure solutions.
    • Migrate projects while ensuring minimal downtime.
    • Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Train and mentor operations teams on cybersecurity best practices.
    • Implement and manage security solutions to protect against malware, viruses, and ransomware.
    • Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, load balancers, WAFs, routing, and switching protocols.
    • Identify and address vulnerabilities in network and security infrastructure.
    • Escalate issues to the operations team and provide regular updates on network and security uptime.
    • Prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
    • At least 10+ years of experience in technical support and account management, preferably in managed services.
    • Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Load Balancer, WAF, Routing, and Switching.
    • Experience in handling malware, virus, and ransomware-related issues.
    • Familiarity with Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, and other security solutions.
    • Routing/Switching/Dynamic routing protocols (OSPF and BGP) expertise.
    • Content filtering skills using Zscaler, NetScope, IronPort WSA.
    • Multifactor Authentication experience with RSA, Forti Authenticator.
    • Web Application Firewall skills with Forti Web.
    • IPSEC/SSL VPN: FortiGate, Palo Alto, Checkpoint expertise.
    • Troubleshooting skills with Wireshark.
    • Certification: CCNA, CCNP; CISSP, CISM preferred.

    Compensation

    The estimated salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
