    Bachelor's degree / Master's Degree - Preferably in Marketing or Engineering 4-7 years of experience of IT Security Products, IT Infrastructure & Networking enabled solutions.


    As a Cybersecurity PreSales professional, your main responsibility will be to support the sales team by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to customers and prospects.

    You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating how Cybersecurity's solutions can meet those requirements, and identifying potential challenges or roadblocks that may arise during implementation.

    Your specific job duties will include:

    • Collaborating with sales teams to identify customer needs and create customized solutions that meet those needs.
    • Providing product demonstrations to customers and prospects, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Cybersecurity's solutions.
    • Leading technical discussions with customers to identify requirements, understand their IT environments, and identify potential integration points with Cybersecurity's solutions.
    • Supporting the RFP and RFI process, including preparing technical responses to customer questions and requirements.
    • Conducting proofofconcept demonstrations and evaluations to validate the effectiveness of Cybersecurity's solutions in the customer's environment.
    • Providing guidance and recommendations to customers on how to best configure and deploy Cybersecurity's solutions, including best practices and deployment scenarios.
    • Identifying potential risks and challenges during the sales process, and collaborating with internal teams to develop mitigation strategies.
    • Staying uptodate with industry trends and market developments, and communicating these to sales teams and customers.
    • To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical skills, including a deep understanding of cloud security, networking, and enterprise IT environments.
    • You should also be an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
    • Finally, you should be comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
