Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with extensive experience to contribute to the development of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile and API automation testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify, troubleshoot, and report defects.
Work closely with developers to ensure testability and reliability of code.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing framework and processes.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve test coverage and quality.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and best practices in automation testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on mobile and API automation.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, or similar.
Strong understanding of mobile app testing on iOS and Android platforms.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
