    Job Purpose:

    Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote a company's image or brand.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Brand Strategy Development: Define and manage the overall brand strategy for packaging products, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
    • Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and analyze competitor landscape.
    • Marketing Plans: Develop comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand goals, including sales targets, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
    • Packaging Design and Innovation: Collaborate with design teams to create innovative packaging concepts that reflect brand identity and meet functional requirements.
    • Marketing Campaign Execution: Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Agency across multiple channels including digital marketing, print advertising, trade shows, and social media.
