    Job title: Technical support manager

    Description

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical support manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders, as well as assisting with sales and marketing initiatives.

    The successful candidate will have a strong background in the PV industry, including product certification and regulatory compliance. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders
    • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
    • Contribute to the development of product strategies and business plans
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or above in relevant field
    • English speaking and writing skills
    • Frequent travel experience
    • 5 years or above working experience in PV industry
    • PV expert knowledge of PV industry
    • Familiarity with product certificates and related IEC/UL standard
    • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
    • Strong communication and verbal skills in English
    • Familiarity with local customs and traditions
