Senior SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) Developer

Job Description :
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SSIS Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Microsoft stack of technologies, particularly in MS SQL Server and SSIS, along with strong expertise in ETL tools.

Knowledge of data analytics tools like Tableau is preferred, and familiarity with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and Qubes is advantageous.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement complex SSIS packages for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate data integration between various systems and applications.
Utilize your deep understanding of MS SQL Server to optimize database queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning for efficient data processing.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement data cleansing, validation, and enrichment procedures within SSIS packages to ensure data quality and integrity.
Work with data analytics teams to understand reporting and analysis requirements, and integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Explore and leverage advanced features of SSIS to automate and streamline data integration processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, guiding them in SSIS best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.
Stay updated with the latest developments in SSIS, SQL Server, and related technologies, evaluating new features and enhancements for potential integration into existing systems.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate SSIS solutions with other components of the Microsoft stack, such as SSAS and Qubes, to support business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, connectivity, and performance, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on production Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in the Microsoft stack of technologies, including MS SQL Server and SSIS.
Strong expertise in designing and developing SSIS packages for complex ETL processes.
Handson experience with ETL tools and techniques, with a focus on data transformation and integration.
Knowledge of data analytics tools like Tableau is preferred.
Familiarity with SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) and Qubes is advantageous.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Microsoft certifications in SQL Server or SSIS are a plus.
