Microsoft Power Automate DeveloperIn this role, you will be developing robotic processes using Microsoft Power AutomateResponsibilities:Incident Management for issues to be reportedTroubleshoot the issuePerform RCA for recurring, high and critical severity incidentsUpdate Knowledgebase and SOP as necessaryManage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritizationUpdate incident management tool with required detailsParticipate in daily/weekly status meetings as requiredWork on Change requests during idle timeQualifications we seek in youMinimum qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Applications
• Proven experience of RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
• Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clientsPreferred qualifications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Services
• Experience with

NET framework:
C#

• Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script
• Experience in IT / ITSM project
• Hands-on experience on MS Power Platform (at least one project)
• MS Power Platform Certification
• Rotational shift – Morning, Afternoon, Night (night shifts will be on rotational basis)

Work Location:
Gurgaon (Badshahpur) or Hyderbad (Uppal)
