    Description

    Filing of GST Returns, GST audit and assurance services.

    Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables on a day to day basis

    Generating invoices & performing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis.

    Taxation-updating tax records & filing of PT, PF,ESI, IT Return as per the respective deadlines

    Assisting auditors for filing the GST & TDS returns.

    Preparing profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports.

    Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements

    Reporting to the manager about the financial health of the business.

    Secures financial information by completing database backups.

    Assisting in audit of financial statements to both internal and external auditors.

    Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

    Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries.

    Generating Invoices & Processing the payroll of the employees at the end of each month.

    Responsible for petty cash and cash flow analysis and reporting to the line manager.

    Assisting with the preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss & Balance Sheet

    Performing Bank reconciliation & assisting in month-end closings.

    Assisting in audit of financial statements to both internal and external auditors.

    Raising PO & Payment for vendors.

    Advice, support and review of statutory matters related to GST including preparation filing of the returns.
