    Job Title: Java Developer

    Experience Required:

    At least 5 years of experience in the field is necessary for this position.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, architect, and develop Java-based enterprise applications as a team leader.
    • Implement Spring Boot microservices and ensure integration using RESTful APIs.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project milestones and deliverables.
    • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability on AWS cloud infrastructure.
    • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best coding practices.
    • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to architectural decisions.

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture for at least 5 years.
    • A strong understanding and implementation of RESTful APIs are necessary.
    • Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc. is required.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools and practices is essential.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are necessary.
    • The ability to operate in a consultant or client-facing role and drive delivery is also required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Having an AWS certification (Developer/Architect) is a plus.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
    • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is desirable.
