    Job Responsibilities

    Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

    • Support Incidents by providing qualified solutions by following targeted SLA
    • Support Problems by taking tasks and good coordination with team members by following targeted SLA
    • Communicate with end users to understand actual needs and propose solutions
    • Sharing knowledge with other team members
    • SAP customization in cooperation with Design team
    • Provide UAT for the OneERP Program and Post go-live Support of existing platforms and modules
    • Specify and document changes and updates to existing developments with minor supervision
    • Guide and mentor other consultants when necessary
    • Work cross-functionally in collaboration with other team members

    • General knowledge of ITIL process
    • General knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA environment and understanding of the integration with other systems
    General understanding of the relationship and interfaces between other modules and your ownKey SAP Skills:

    • Knowledge/Expertise in configuration and supporting of: EWM inbound/outbound processing, stock management, physical inventory management, production integration, replenishment & scrapping.
    • Advance Warehouse Operations including inventory management optimization, inbound/outbound process optimization, material flow control, transportation management, kitting, cross docking and warehouse billing.
    • Fiori Apps and Analytics experience.
    • Bring in ability to review the Warehouse Management processes and provide recommendations on process improvements using SAP S/4HANA and conduct fit gap analysis.
    • Working knowledge on Conversion of SAP legacy system to SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
