    Designation: Engineer / Jr. Engineer – Mechanical (Hub & Nacelle – Assembly)

    Location: Baramati, Maharashtra

    Qualification : Diploma – Mechanical / B. E. Mechanical (Graduation is not mandatory)

    Experience : 5 to 8 Years (3-4 Year's of Experience in Wind Turbine – Mechanical Assemblies)

    Job Description

    • Experience in assemblies and sub-assemblies for wind turbine components including Yaw/Pitch drive installation, Generator alignment, Hub-Pitch system assembly, torquing, lubricating, and drive train assembly.
    • Accurately inspect the condition of heavy parts, gearbox, shaft, Castings etc.
    • Work from engineering drawings, work instructions, and wiring diagrams.
    • Efficiently use calibrated equipment and machinery as part of assembly processes.
    • Hands on experience in critical heavy lifting through crane operations.
    • Utilize various power tools and other torque guns to complete work tasks.
    • Utilize the proper chemicals; must be able to understand safety data and shelf-life information.
    • Follow EHS compliance for wind turbine assembly and testing.
    • Assist in implementation of wind turbine documentation and process improvements.
    • Initiate and drive process improvements.
    • Operate crane & maintain manual or computerized records.
    • Must Adhere to and follow all safety procedures, i.e. lock-out/tag-out, report safety concerns, use appropriate PPE as required, and follow similar safety practices.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    • Experience: 7– 8 years of Wind Turbine assembly will be preferred.
    • Strong analytical skills, Collaborative Team player, lean deployment mindset.
