• Experiencewith configuring Group Policy Objects to secure a Windowsinfrastructure.
• Experiencewith complex scripting leveragingPowerShell.
• Experienceworking at an ADfunctional level and migration to 2016 functionallevelpreferred.
• Experiencewith domain consolidations/migrationspreferred.
• Experienceof Different type of tools to isolate the Active Directoryissues.
• 2 years ofexperience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration to includeServer 2012/16 and 2019 operatingsystems.
• Experience using a ticketmanagement system for work prioritization and daily workloadmanagement.
• Knowledge on Onpremise Exchange andO365 Service is added advantage.
• Coordinatingwith different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating oftechnical documentation.
• 3rd party vendorcoordination for visit andtroubleshooting
• Incident Management &Escalation Ticket Status Check andUpdate.
• Change Management Change Raising tofacilitate incident resolution & Problemresolution.
• Problem Management & RCAResponsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 &Severity 2 calls
• Flexible to work on shifts andVery good communicationskills
