    JOB ROLE : Senior Admissions Counselor

    JOB LOCATION : Hyderabad

    CTC : Upto 6.5LPA

    Qualifications

    1. Candidates need to be have 3+ Years of experience in Inside sales. From any industry(ed tech preferred).

    2. Candidates need to have Good communication in Hindi and English.

    MODE OF INTERVIEW : Face to face

    Working Days : MONDAY SATURDAY

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Application Review:

    Evaluate and assess applications for admission, considering academic qualifications, extracurricular activities, letters of recommendation, and personal statements.

    Ensure that applicants meet the established admission criteria.

    2. Counseling:

    Provide guidance and counseling to prospective students and their families regarding the admissions process, academic programs, financial aid, and career paths.

    Address inquiries and concerns related to admissions.

    3. Interviews:

    Conduct interviews with applicants to assess their suitability for the institution and specific programs.

    Gather additional information about the applicant's background, goals, and achievements.

    4. Admissions Events:

    Plan and organize admissions events, such as campus tours, open houses, and information sessions.

    Coordinate and participate in events to showcase the institution to prospective students.

    5. Collaboration:

    Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid, academic advising, and student services, to provide comprehensive support to admitted students.

    Work closely with faculty and administrators to stay informed about program requirements and changes.

    6. Data Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admissions decisions.

    Generate reports and analyze data related to admissions trends and outcomes.

    7. Communication:

    Communicate admission decisions to applicants.

    Keep applicants informed about the status of their application and any additional requirements.

    8. Policy Adherence:

    Stay current with institutional policies, admissions standards, and regulations.

    Ensure that the admissions process complies with all relevant laws and guidelines.

    9. Diversity and Inclusion:

    Work towards promoting diversity and inclusion within the student body.

    Implement strategies to attract and support a diverse range of students.

    10. Technology Utilization:

    Utilize admissions software and other technologies to streamline the application process and manage applicant data efficiently.
