    We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Hindustan Recruitment. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be adept at targeted messaging, and have a proven track record in sales.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of proven inside sales experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong research and targeting abilities
    • Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients
    • Familiarity with the sales process and techniques
    • Ability to qualify prospects and identify their needs
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
