Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Air Export Operations: Oversee all aspects of air export processes, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and delivery, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
• Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and proactively addressing their needs and concerns.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement within the air export department, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other service providers to negotiate rates, resolve issues, and optimize operations.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and mitigate risks through effective compliance and security protocols.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of air freight procedures, regulations, and documentation requirements.
