    Description

    We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our global team in the Banking Finance Service & Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. Were seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success who can inspire the same in others.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Meeting sales target by partnering, managing, and driving channel Partners(Leading Banks)
    • Mobilizing & managing the business through the assigned lead data
    • You will be required to sell products to customers who already have a strong relationship with the channel partner.
    • Daily reporting of Achievements
    • Ensuring productivity on a monthly basis

    Skills we are looking for:

    • Experience in one or more of the following areas: business development, bid/proposal management, sales negotiations, or commercial pricing with Financial Services Clients
    • Experience in working with Financial Services Clients ( Banking / Capital Markets / Insurance)
    • Understanding of Financial Services Industry and Challenges
    • Understanding of cloud, data, digital transformation
    • Ability to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility. Ability to create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives (depending on the level of experience)
    • Ability to adhere to the strategic direction set by senior management
    • Proficiency at working collaboratively with both the internal sales team and client stakeholders
    • Ability to influence or complete assignments independently, whilst making decisions autonomously
    • Organised and proficient at planning to achieve challenging timelines
    • Ability to coordinate multiple opportunities and initiatives
