    Description
    Responsibilities:


    • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
    • Design and deliver wireframes and mock UI screens that are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
    • Well aware of the responsive design approach.
    • Facilitate the product vision by researching, usertesting the experiences, and understanding the user motivation for better longterm execution of briefs.
    • Take a usercentered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
    • Collaboratively work with the Game Designer to get to the best output. > UX solutions.
    • Maintaining file hygiene and following the process that aids the team work in sync and provides consistent outputs is key.
    • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
    Requirements:


    • 4 or more years of UX design experience.
    • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
    • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma is a must.
    • Basic knowledge of how responsive works on different device sizes.
    • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently, intelligently and quickly
    • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to internal team members and crossfunctional teams. > Clear communication skills
    • A clear understanding of the importance of usercentered design and design thinking.
    • A good grasp of usercentered design (UCD), planning and conducting heuristic analysis, usability tests, and solving accessibility concerns with the help of senior members of the team.
    • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
    • Be passionate about resolving user pain points.
    • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
    • Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
    • Research and showcase knowledge of the industry's latest trends and technologies.
    • Above all has the intent to constantly learn, evolve, and drive change with the best interest of the User and Product in mind.
