Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Counsellor to lead and drive student admissions across our centers. The ideal candidate will excel in counselling prospective students and parents, managing a team, and consistently achieving admission targets through proactive engagement and strategic follow-ups. This role is crucial in guiding students toward enrolling in our educational programs while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and lead the tele calling team to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
• Drive admissions through personalized counselling sessions, strong follow-ups, and building rapport with students and parents.
• Participate in seminars, education fairs, school/college visits, campus tours, promotional events, and outreach activities to generate interest and enquiries.
• Conduct detailed counselling on course options, program benefits, eligibility, career prospects, and admission processes to help students make informed decisions.
• Ensure consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly admission/enrolment targets for the center.
• Analyze performance metrics, report on team and individual achievements, and implement strategies for continuous improvement in conversion rates.
• Stay updated on education trends, program offerings, and competitor activities to provide accurate counselling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline(Postgraduate preferred); relevant qualifications in education, management, or counselling will be an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions counselling, student counselling, tele-sales, or direct sales (education/coaching institute sector highly preferred).
• Proven team handling/leadership experience with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills (proficiency in local languages like Bengali/Hindi/Assamese as per location will be beneficial).
