Job Description:

• Perform Market Research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
• Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to assess the financial feasibility and potential risks of prospective properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers and other industry professionals to source deals and opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and other contractual agreements with sellers, landlords and tenants to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams including legal, finance and construction to coordinate the acquisition process from initial negotiations to closing.
• Oversee the preparation of investment memos, financial models, and presentations to support and recommend senior management in decision makings.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry regulations and emerging opportunities to identify new investment strategies and optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor the performance of acquired properties and track key performance indicators and implement value-add initiatives to enhance property value and maximize returns.
