KeyResponsibilities

• Coordinateand schedule aesthetic services for clients ensuring smoothoperations.
• Provide guidance and support toexpectant mothers and parents on various aspects of care forthemselves and their children.
• Executemarketing and promotional activities to increase awareness andparticipation in mom & child and aestheticservices.
• Manage inventory and supplies forboth mom & child services and aesthetictreatments.
• Collaborate with the clientservices team to ensure seamless delivery ofservices.
• Assist in the development andimplementation of educational programs and materials for mothersand children.
• Ensure compliance with relevantregulations and best practices in aestheticservices.
• Monitor client satisfaction andengage in effective problem resolution whennecessary.
• Participate in training andprofessional development opportunities to enhance skills andknowledge.
• Collect and maintain accuraterecords of client information and servicesprovided.

RequiredQualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in a related field such as Aesthetics Child Development or arelevant discipline.
• Proven experience incoordinating aesthetic services and/or working with mothers andchildren.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetictreatments and products.
• Exceptionalorganizational and time managementskills.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal abilities.
• Ability to workeffectively in a team andindependently.
• Demonstrated customer serviceand problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency inrelevant software and technology for administrativetasks.
• Understanding of confidentiality andethical considerations in clientinteractions.
• Certification in Aesthetic orBeauty Therapy is anadvantage.
