    A motivated LabAssistant within the field of Chemistry Perfumery &Technology or a related field well versed with handling chemicalssafety methods and good lab practices delivering quick &accurate compounding of recipes while working closer withFlavourists to deliver briefs in time.Key Tasks &ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and testing of new fragranceformulations.

    Conduct sensory evaluations and analysis of flavoursamples.
    Collaborate with the R&D team to optimize flavour profilesfor various foodapplications.
    Prepare reports and documentation of lab experiments andresults. Maintaincleanliness and organization of the labspace. Stay updatedon industry trends and technologies related to flavourdevelopment.YouBachelors degree in Chemistry Food Science or a relatedfield. Fresher or12 years of experience in flavour development or food industryapplications.
    Strong understanding of food chemistry and flavourprinciples.
    Excellent communication and teamworkskills. Ability towork independently and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
    Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant softwareapplications.
