    Digital Performance Marketing Expert


    Position Summary:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our organization.

    Performance Marketing:
    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

    Manage and optimize performance marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.

    Analyze key performance metrics and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and analytics, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
    Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.

    Target Segmenting:
    Develop detailed and in-depth target segmenting strategies to effectively reach the intended audience.
    Digital Marketing Strategy, Analysis, and Implementation:Formulate and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    Conduct thorough analysis of digital marketing campaigns and implement improvements based on insights.

    Understanding Audience:
    Utilize market research to gain a deep understanding of the target audience and their preferences.

    Hyper Customization of Segments:
    Implement strategies for hyper customization of marketing segments to enhance engagement.

    Competition Analysis:
    Conduct in-depth competition analysis to identify market trends and stay ahead of industry changes.
    Analytics Understanding and

    Trend Analysis:
    Possess strong analytics understanding and conduct detailed trend analysis using relevant tools.
    Effort to

    Results Case Scenarios:
    Develop and build case scenarios to analyze the relationship between effort invested and results achieved.

    A/B Testing:
    Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
    Influencer Creation and

    Podcast Building:
    Collaborate with influencers and oversee the creation of podcasts to enhance brand visibility.
    Utilizing AI and

    Relevant Tech:
    Integrate AI and other relevant technologies to increase impact in the marketplace.

    Outside-In Perspective:
    Ability to adopt an outside-in perspective to assess market dynamics and customer needs.
    Revenue Target and

    Goal Orientation:
    Carry a revenue target and demonstrate a goal-oriented approach in all digital marketing efforts.

    Team Management:
    Lead and manage a dynamic team of digital marketing professionals.

    Digital Marketing Campaign Execution:
    Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

    Social Media Presence Management:
    Manage and refine the organization's social media presence across all channels.

    Content Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms.

    Monitoring and Reporting:
    Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns using a variety of analytics tools. Proacive reporting.

    Budget Management:
    Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.

    Technology Adoption:
    Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments and introduce new tools and strategies to improve digital marketing efforts.

    Qualifications:
