    JobDescriptionResponsibilities
    • Identifynew prospect customers and establishconnect.
    • Drive the entire sales cycle frominitial customer engagement to closedsale.
    • Drive & target a pipeline ofaround 15 Cr within their respectiveregion.
    • Prospect for potential customers usingvarious direct methods such as calling and face to face meetingsand indirect methods such as networking via variousmeans.
    • Engage through consultative sales bydiscussing with prospects about business challenges andrequirements as well as the range of options and cost benefits ofeach.
    • Maintain a high level of domain knowledgein order to have meaningful conversations with theprospects.
    • Bring in their relevant connects andnetwork.
    • Develop and maintain key account plansfor the region that identify opportunities for company to delivervalue main stakeholders and forecastedsales.
    • Report on sales activity to the head ofbusiness development on a weekly basis.
    • Provideforecasts on high/medium/low probabilitypipeline.
    • Work with delivery teams toproactively address problems and hence developsolutions.
    • Work with marketing to plan andexecute lead generation campaigns.
    • Providefeedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycleenhance sales and improve company brand andreputation
    • Provide feedback to head businessdevelopment/ED/Partner on market trends competitive threats unmetneeds and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers byextending company offerings
    • Identify salessupport requirements and work with marketing to develop improvesales tools
    • Be a positive representative of thecompany and its brand in themarketplace
    • Conduct all sales activities withthe highest degree of professionalism andintegrity
    Qualifications:
    • 7 to 10 years ofrelevant experience (IT services/ consultingpreferred)
    • Should be a postgraduate from areputed institute
    • Experience of a clientfacingprofessional role and understanding of professional servicesmarkets will be an advantage.
    • Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills
    • Candidatesshould have a prior experience with Sales and Business Developmentwith respect to operational and process excellence (musthave)
    • Candidates should have a consultingbackground (musthave)
