JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Overseeing hiring process.
Evaluate and re-design recruitment systems and processes.
Using all sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, mail box CV searching the internal and external databases.
Head hunting the best talent in the market from competitors or relevant companies.
Conducting detailed proficiency and behavioral based interviews to ensure candidates skills and qualification match the job requirements.
Lead the team to ensure that key project deadlines are met.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Involve in payroll preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook and other social medias.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
Work under stress.
Previous experience in IT companies will be an added advantage.
Advanced MS Excel skills including Lookups and pivot tables will be an added advantage.
