    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the staffing and recruiting industry
    • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
    • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
    • Good presentation skills to effectively communicate with potential clients
    • Strong business development and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Fluency in English and Hindi
