We are seeking a
Senior Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead to architect, automate, and maintain highly reliable, scalable systems. This role blends software and systems engineering to build and operate large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant infrastructure. You will lead a team of SREs, drive automation-first strategies, and ensure the high availability and performance of our services.

Lead and mentor a team of SREs, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.
Define and execute the SRE roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.
System Reliability & Performance
Design and implement robust monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
Ensure high availability and performance of production systems.
Conduct root cause analysis and lead post-mortem processes for major incidents.
Automation & Tooling
Champion an automation-first mindset across infrastructure and operations.
Design and implement scalable automation solutions for deployment, configuration management, and system recovery.
Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform.
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
Eliminate manual processes by building self-service tools and intelligent automation workflows.
Cloud Infrastructure & Operations
Manage and optimize cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
Implement and maintain containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure robust cloud security, networking, compute, and database operations.
Monitor systems using Google Cloud Operations Suite and other observability tools.
Capacity Planning & Optimization
Monitor system performance and plan for future growth.
Optimize resource usage and cost-efficiency across cloud and on-prem environments.
Security & Compliance
Ensure systems meet security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices and address vulnerabilities.
