    Title: ServiceNow Expert
    Contract
    Location :Pune or Mysore


    Technical skills:
    8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT Consulting, ServiceNow Platform/ Scripting/ APIs/ Service Portal/ Applications; Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), Familiar with SDLC and Agile methodologies; Developing, integrating, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications. Creating tiles in ServiceNow for self-service. API knowledge and know how to connect to different systems, Updating and upgrading ServiceNow, Monitoring and maintaining bottle necks
    • Problem Solving: Identifying, analyzing, and solving complex problems using engineering principles.
    • Design and Development: Creating designs for new products, systems, or structures, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and adhering to technical specifications and safety standards. Documentation, and support to the organizational teams whenever required. Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM, EM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform and integrations with external systems for the organizational growth. Need to maintain detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, tech notes, testing, etc.
    • Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed documentation, including design specifications, maintenance manuals, and project reports, to communicate project plans and findings to stakeholders.
    • Research and Innovation: Conducting research to develop new technologies, materials, processes, or methods to improve existing systems.
    • Testing and Validation: Designing and conducting experiments or simulations to test the functionality, durability, and safety of designs or materials.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensuring products, systems, or structures meet quality standards and regulations through rigorous testing and evaluation.
    • Project Management: Planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from conception to completion, managing resources, timelines, and budgets.
    • Maintenance and Optimization: Overseeing the operation of systems or equipment and making necessary adjustments or repairs to improve efficiency and extend lifespan.
    • Collaboration and Communication: Working with other engineers, technicians, and professionals from other disciplines to achieve project goals, and communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Sustainability and Environmental Consideration: Designing and implementing solutions that minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability.
    • Continuous Learning: Keeping up to date with the latest engineering trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous education and professional development.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all engineering work complies with industry standards, government regulations, and safety protocols.
    • Client Consultation: Meeting with clients or other stakeholders to understand their needs, present solutions, and gather feedback.
    • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks associated with projects or designs and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.
    • Supply Chain and Logistics: Working with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and components necessary for projects.
