Job Description:

Complete knowledge of GST Filings, Advance tax filings, Income tax filings and the full fledge finance compliances

Collect constant feedback from the partners and work with Jorie team to lay down the requirements and enhancements required

Knowledge of Financial compliances for private limited organizations.

Ensure consistent performance reporting, detailing seller satisfaction, complaints and improvements feedback to the senior management

Execute the complete acquisition, closure & sign-up formalities.

Serve as the lead point of contact for all enterprise account management matters

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to enterprise partner needs and objectives

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Knowledge of monthly budget creation and submission to corporate office

Skills and Experience Required:

Graduation diploma or its equivalent

Knowledge of Tally & QuickBooks

Prior Enterprise Sales and Support in the Fintech, FMCG, Telecom, or Banking sector

Flexibility with office timing depending upon business requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.

Knowledge of customer success processes.

Experience in document creation.
