    JOB SUMMARY


    The Head of Talent Acquisition at a leading sanitaryware and lighting brand will be responsible for developing strategic recruitment practices that align with the company's objectives.

    This role involves enhancing the employer brand, promoting diversity, harnessing new recruitment technologies, and driving process optimization through data analytics.

    Leadership over a team of recruitment professionals and cross-departmental collaboration is key to building sustainable talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for top-tier talent.


    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. This involves understanding the company's short-term and long-term hiring needs, forecasting talent requirements, and planning recruitment initiatives accordingly.
    Enhance employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.

    This could involve leveraging social media, employer branding campaigns, participation in industry events, and maintaining a positive reputation in the job market.

    Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process by implementing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool and mitigate bias in hiring decisions.

    Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in talent acquisition.

    Leverage tools such as applicant tracking systems, AI-based recruitment platforms, and data analytics to optimize the recruitment process and improve hiring outcomes.

    Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent across all levels and functions of the organization.

    Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and drive continuous improvement in recruiting processes and outcomes.

    Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.

    Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to align talent acquisition efforts with broader HR and organizational goals.

    Identifying and approaching potential candidates & building candidate database, targeting organizations and markets, establishing networks and qualifying prospectsMaintain and analyze data to track key metrics such as conversion rate, turnaround time, source mix , offer acceptance.

    Have periodical reviews with the team and vertical heads to address on ground business challengesEnsuring a seamless candidate experience with a focus on onboarding & background verification to impact new-hire experience & avoid organizational risk.

    Build sustainable talent pipelines to support the future and current needs of the businessIndustry benchmarking for critical/niche roles to identify the best candidate fitmentServe as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.

    Lead and inspire a team to drive product development and go-to-market initiatives within the emerging verticals teams.

    Conduct regular review meetings with team members to track progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet evolving market demands and organizational goals.

    Ensure professional development of team and their members, identifying and facilitating opportunities for skill enhancement, leadership training, and career advancement within the organization.


    REQUIRED SKILL SET
    Education & Qualifications RequiredBachelor's degree in business, finance or a related field. A Masters in business administration or advanced degree is preferred.
    Minimum 15 Years Plus relevant experience, at least 5 Years of experience of Talent Acquisition.

    Competencies:
    Proven experience in talent acquisition leadership roles, preferably within a multinational or large-scale organization.
    Strong understanding of modern recruitment techniques, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, and employer branding.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and objectives.
    Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and using metrics to measure recruitment performance.
    High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
