    Job Title: Human Resource Consultant

    Location: Gurgaon NCR

    This job role involves both on-site and off-site work with a frequent travel requirement

    Position Overview:

    As a Human Resource Consultant at our organisation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that optimise HR processes, help develop and transform our client's business by looking at HR core areas such as organization chart restructuring, JD & KRA enhancement and more.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assessment and Analysis: Conducting thorough assessments of existing HR processes, policies, and practices. Analyzing data related to workforce metrics, employee engagement, and performance to identify areas for improvement.
    • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with organizational leaders to understand business goals and objectives. Developing HR strategies that align with overall business strategy and contribute to organizational success.
    • Process Optimization: Identifying inefficiencies in HR processes and recommending improvements. Streamlining workflows to enhance productivity and reduce administrative burden.
    • Technology Integration: Advising on the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions. Ensuring that technology aligns with business needs, enhances data management, and supports overall HR functions.
    • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations Providing guidance on mitigating risks related to HR processes.
    • Talent Management: Developing and implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies. Advising on leadership development, succession planning, and employee development programs.
    • Performance Management: Designing and implementing performance management systems that align with organizational goals. Providing guidance on performance feedback, coaching, and improvement plans.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Advising on competitive and fair compensation and benefits strategies. Conducting market research to ensure alignment with industry standards.
    • Employee Engagement: Developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Implementing surveys and assessments to measure employee sentiment and identify improvement areas.
    • Training and Development: Identifying training needs and recommending development programs. Supporting ongoing learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
    • Metrics and Reporting: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of HR processes. Providing regular reports and analytics to assess progress and make data-driven decisions.
    • Competency Assessment: Conduct and oversee the competency assessments of individuals across the organisation, analysing results to identify opportunities for talent development and optimisation.

    Qualifications:

    • MBA / Post Graduation in Human Resource with 5-10 Years of experience in HR with specialized exposure to HR Generalist functions.
    • The candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills with thorough understanding of HR processes, grievances handling.
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
