    Job Overview

    We are seeking an experienced Architecture & Interior Design with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. As an Architect & Interior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative architectural designs and interior solutions. This is a full-time position located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
    • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in architecture and interior design
    • Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software
    • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
    • Excellent creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
    • Project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and present architectural and interior designs based on client requirements, budget, and timelines
    • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design and construction process
    • Produce detailed drawings, layouts, sketches, and 3D models using CAD and other design software
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
    • Select and collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to execute the design plans
    • Oversee the implementation of the design, including site visits and inspections
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion within budget
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, technologies, and best practices
