Schedule Mock Interviews of the Interviewers

Providing Demo to the Interviewers of the InCruiter Portal in depth

Complete documentation Process for Interviewers

Complete onboarding and training of the Interviewers

Approve the Interviewers and Pass on to the Interview Team for Providing Interviews

Build and develop relationships with both clients and candidates to provide a high level

of client and candidate service

Must be Strong in Creating Strategies, Process Improvement.

Team Management

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Graduates or Post Graduates in business administration, IT or relevant field

Must have Strong Knowledge of IT Technologies

Good organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Team handling experience

Ability in problem-solving and negotiation

Strong Ethics, Multitasking, self-discipline, team player and ability to manage deadlines

Experience with MS Suits
