    KeyResponsibilities:
    1. OBMOperations:
    • Monitorand maintain the health and performance of the Micro FocusOperations Bridge Manager.
    • Investigate andresolve incidents related to OBM ensuring minimal impact onbusiness operations.
    • Collaborate with Level 1support and other IT teams to escalate and resolve complexOBMrelatedissues.
    1. ConfigurationandCustomization:
    • Configureand customize the OBM system to align with business needs andobjectives.
    • Implement and maintain eventcorrelation rules policies and scripts to enhance OBMfunctionality.

    Qualifications:
    • Information Technology or a related field.
    • Good experience in managing and supporting Micro Focus OperationsBridge Manager.
    • Strong understanding of IToperations and event management.
    • Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills.
    • Effectivecommunication and interpersonalskills.
